Ingredients: - 1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (peas,carrots,french beans,capsicum,cauliflower)
- 2 green chillies, slit lenghtwise
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 tsp oil
- salt
- black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Preparetion Method: - Semi-boil the vegetables. keep aside.
- Put oil in a pan, heat it.
- Add zeera, then add green chillies.
- Put the mixed vegetables and cook slightly.
- Add dalia & water.
- Then add salt & pepper.
- Cover with a lid.
- Keep checking the way you check rice.
- When cooked serve hot with curd.
