Ingredients:
Poppy Seeds 1 cup
Jaggery 1/4 cup
Cardamom 1

Method of preparation:
Lightly bruise the cardamom.
Heat a pan on medium-low, add poppy seeds and few tbsps of water.
Roast the seeds until all the water evapourates and keep aside.

Heat a deep vessel on medium flame, add jaggery, cardamom and few tbsps of water.
When the syrup becomes thick like honey, remove from heat and add poppy seeds.
Transform the mixture into small balls using hands before it cools down and become hard.
